calling her a crackhead and addict as if those are the worst insults you can say to someone, a person doesn’t just get up in the morning and decide “HEY YOU KNOW WHAT I’M GOING TO BE A DRUG ADDICT!”  she made bad decisions but that doesn’t make her a bad person and certainly doesn’t erase or negate all the other things she did in her legendary career

like seriously, FUCK YOU! this woman has inspired so many people with her songs, like serena williams said “one moment in time” has propelled her to win in those crucial moments in her career, SO MANY young singers today say that whitney was the reason they even wanted to be singers, her version of the star spangled banner has stirred up patriotism to people when their country was in a bad place. 

and those people going “oh let’s mourn a crackhead’s death but not the millions in africa or those soldiers in war” like seriously, as if you even mourn the millions in africa on a daily basis or you just feel like “mourning” them when you want to get on a soapbox about how people are more affected by a famous person’s death?   people are capable of caring about many things all at once so i can be concerned about those dying in africa and be sad about whitney houston’s death both AT THE SAME TIME.  you know what, don’t blame people and get mad about it because you don’t fucking know how to compartmentalize.

but seriously, FUCK OFF… it really makes me mad how unfair and just really fucking obnoxious people are being with whitney houston’s death. she may have been an addict but still one of the greatest voices that we ever will have the pleasure of listening to and people can and will give her the damn respect she deserves for that.
